Instructions
1. Last date of registration is April 13, 09 by 5:00 pm. Kindly send
your entries through email, speed post/courier.
2. Registration should be done through proper channels.
3. Participation fee details can be seen in brochure. The fee should be
payable by a cheque in favour of Director, FMS Udaipur payable at Udaipur)
or by cash.
4. The participants must carry their Institute’s Identity Card for their
identification.
5. Accommodation arrangements can be made for the participants on the
nominal charges on prior information latest by April 13, 09 by 5:00 pm.
6. The Participation Certificates for each event will be awarded.
7. Winners and runners-up prizes will be awarded on April 16, 09.
8. One institute can nominate only one team for each event.
9. Functional lunch will be provided by the college.
10. There will be optional site-seeing for the participants on 17th April,
09.
Charges for the same will be Rs.150 per person.
